Job summary

Aspen Hospitality is seeking a Cook I to prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and safety standards. This role supports inventory, training, and daily kitchen operations under The Chef de Cuisine.

Qualifications include a culinary degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience; ServSafe certification is a plus. This is a seasonal full-time position with benefits and opportunities to grow within the Aspen portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment, following sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with managing kitchen inventory, reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Ensure accurate portion sizes and presentation of dishes to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
