Qualifications

• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and comply with laws.
• Contribute to daily culinary operation and food production.
• Prepare food prep, production, and kitchen cleaning per procedures.
• Handle food service prep and equipment cleaning.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation and assist with inspections.
• Plan menu development with Chef and produce new dishes.
