Job summary

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Previous culinary, restaurant, banquet, or high-volume food preparation experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Assist with buffet preparation and replenishment.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and proper storage of food items.
• Follow sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Support operational needs and collaborate with team during high-volume periods.
