Job summary

Eurest, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Senior Cook for a full-time role at the Oracle site in Austin, TX. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with no nights, holidays, or weekends.

• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Follows HACCP and health/sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entre9es and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food; maintain organized dry goods storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Comply with health regulations and document daily production records.
• Assist in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned.
