Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Austin, TX is hiring cooks for full-time roles across Banquets, Line, and Prep. You will prepare food to brand standards, document containers per SOP, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen prep preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and brand guidelines.
• Strong safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Document food containers per SOP rotations.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time.
• Cook orders meeting guest requests and special needs.
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.
