Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Senior Cook for an on-site role at Oracle in Austin, TX. The full-time schedule runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm with no nights or weekends.

You will prepare entrees, manage cooking activities, and ensure HACCP compliance while supporting production records and training of staff. Requirements include at least 3 years of BOH experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items per recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees; perform other duties as assigned.
