Responsibilities

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot items accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and portion food items prior to cooking and plate final dishes with garnish.
• Set up and stock stations, ensure proper customer service, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with Chef/Sous Chef and Catering Manager on daily special items and events.
