You will work with a team to handle banquets and line service, maintain sanitation per state and federal guidelines, and operate a variety of kitchen tools while keeping storage areas clean and properly rotated.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Four or more years of experience or training preferred.
• Ability to obtain all required licensing.
• Outstanding interpersonal communications skills required.
• Able to work flexible shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Advanced experience in cooking.
• Follow all approved recipes and plate presentations.
• Ability to handle a full-service restaurant, including banquets and line-level food presentations.
• Knowledge of sanitation per State and Federal guidelines.
• Uses a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils.
• Assist in keeping freezers, walk-ins, and other storage areas clean and properly rotated.
• Ensure all foods are covered, labeled, initialed, and stored properly; practice safe food handling.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
