Job summary

Veeva Systems in Raleigh is hiring for a qualified LIMS implementation leader to drive adoption of Veeva Vault LIMS across life sciences customers. This remote, full-time role focuses on guiding projects from discovery through configuration, ensuring on-time delivery and customer success.

You will travel up to 50% for key engagements, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, compliant solution that improves lab efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems.
• Technical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions.
• Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Travel for key customer engagements up to 50% with typical travel around 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through assessment and review of new features.
• Manage customer projects ensuring scope is met and escalations are resolved to benefit customer success.
• Support customers in adopting new features through workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solutions.
• Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions.
• Ensure customer success at all stages of the implementation and beyond.
• Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices.
