Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Veeva Quality LIMS solutions for life sciences customers. You will drive customer engagements, translate complex requirements into effective configurations, and guide cross-functional teams through successful deployment.

The role is remote, full-time, with travel up to 50% and the potential for international customer projects. Compensation is performance-based with base pay ranges and eligible bonuses or stock options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Experience leading customer engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (typical travel around 25%).

Responsabilités

• Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through assessment and review of new features.
• Manage customer projects to meet defined scope and ensure escalations are resolved for customer success.
• Support customers in adopting new features via workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solutions.
• Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions.
• Ensure customer success at all stages of the implementation and beyond.
• Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise and best practices.
