Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a production operator to run a mold press and related equipment, ensuring throughput and quality throughout each run. You will follow blueprints, SOPs, and GDP standards while maintaining precise records and clear communication with supervisors and QA.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of related experience, and the ability to perform basic math and operate Microsoft Office and IQMS software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract five-digit numbers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and IQMS.
• Regularly lift up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.

• Run related secondary equipment when applicable.

Position Summary

Run production, monitor and maintain rate and quality throughout the production run.

Key Responsibilities

• Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.


• Run related secondary equipment when applicable.


• Understand and use blueprints, engineering specifications, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required by the production run.


• Understand and operate all equipment controls and operator interfaces.


• Maintain accurate written records and keep appropriate documentation following Cirtec Good Documentation Procedures (GDP).


• Communicate with supervisors, leads, set-up technicians and quality assurance.


• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by 5S standards.


• Execute the line clearance procedures per standard.

Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.84 / hour
