Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Minnesota seeks an experienced Injection Molding Technician to drive molding processes and quality improvements. You will develop and optimize molding operations, manage setup sheets, and ensure parts meet specifications in a safety-conscious, team-focused environment.

The role supports continuous improvement in medical/biopharmaceutical contexts and may require travel up to 5% to support manufacturing objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in plastic processing and molding machines with injection molding expertise.
Working knowledge of various mold concepts and SCI molding.
Experience in medical/biopharmaceutical industries preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop Injection Molding / Scientific Molding processes to bring parts into specifications.
Ensure presses start and run to standard processes; troubleshoot issues.
Develop and maintain operator instructions, set-up sheets, process sheets.
Identify quality defects and document improvements; support safety and continuous improvement.
Perform mold changes, material setup, and inspect parts for quality adherence.
