Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a production operator to run a mold press and related equipment, ensuring throughput and quality throughout each run. You will follow blueprints, SOPs, and GDP standards while maintaining precise records and clear communication with supervisors and QA.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of related experience, and the ability to perform basic math and operate Microsoft Office and IQMS software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract five-digit numbers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and IQMS.
• Regularly lift up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.
• Run related secondary equipment when applicable.
• Understand and use blueprints, engineering specifications, work instructions and SOPs.
• Operate all equipment controls and operator interfaces.
• Maintain accurate written records and GDP documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors, leads, set-up technicians and QA.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area per 5S standards.
• Execute line clearance procedures.
