Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of LIHTC proprietary fund underwriting experience.
• Experience in modeling and structuring LIHTC investments and managing critical projects.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence through negotiation and resolving conflicts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and close proprietary and multi-investor LIHTC fund investments.
• Model, price LOIs and negotiate terms with syndicator partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet milestones for LOIs and investments.
• Assist with management of risk, operations, finance, and audit processes.
• Travel on a limited basis to visit prospective markets.
