BCI Management is seeking an energetic Senior LIHTC Compliance Manager to lead compliance across affordable housing projects. You will oversee LIHTC regulations, accurate reporting, and coordination with property management teams.

The role emphasizes proactive compliance, stakeholder relations, crisis intervention, and staff training with tools like Yardi and OneSite to analyze data and produce timely reports.

Qualifications

• Proven LIHTC compliance management experience in housing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Fair Housing, landlord-tenant, Section 8 policies.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills in regulatory contexts.
• Crisis intervention and crisis management experience for tenant support.
• Background in social work, addiction counseling, or related fields is desirable.
• Proficiency with Yardi/OneSite for data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of LIHTC compliance programs across properties.
• Review leases, tenant files, and financial reports for LIHTC and fair housing compliance.
• Coordinate with property teams for rent calculations, income certifications, and annual reporting.
• Prepare for audits with thorough documentation and timely regulatory responses.
• Provide guidance on landlord-tenant law and Section 8 to ensure compliance.
• Use Yardi and OneSite for data analysis, reporting, and records.
