Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Senior Asset Manager for National Field Operations to oversee a LIHTC portfolio, manage risks, and engage stakeholders with a strong customer-service focus. Role can be remote with a preference for Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones.

You will analyze performance data, coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct site visits, and develop SMART plans to drive timely resolutions, collaborating with sponsors, GP's, and investors to advance affordable housing

Qualifications

5+ years of real estate operations / LIHTC or related experience.
Broad understanding of affordable housing and LIHTC regulations.
Experience with HOME, Section 8, NAHASDA, and related programs.
Strong negotiating and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize issues through data analysis and root cause assessment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and fulfill sponsor/investor needs.
Consolidate analyses to communicate a clear message to stakeholders.
Engage with Originators and Underwriters to gather market insights and share expertise.
Develop SMART plans to drive issue resolution.
Meet with partners to understand organizational structures and pipeline.
Conduct portfolio site visits to assess risks and recommend improvements.
