Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate operations / LIHTC or related industry experience.
• Broad understanding of affordable housing and LIHTC regulations.
• Familiarity with subsidy and grant programs such as HOME, Section 8, NAHASDA, HOPWA, VA.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage risks for a portfolio of LIHTC projects with high customer service.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support issue resolution and sponsor/investor needs.
• Conduct portfolio site visits to assess risks and recommend improvements.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders (GPs, Sponsors) to understand structure and development plans.
