Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Senior Asset Manager for National Field Operations. This role leads frontline relationship management for a portfolio of LIHTC projects, assessing risks, performing financial analyses, and engaging with sponsors, GP’s, and investors.

The position may be remote with a preference for Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. The role requires 5+ years in real estate operations, familiarity with LIHTC regulations, and strong negotiation and collaboration

Qualifications

• Industry certification (CPM/HCCP) or equivalent licensing.
• 5+ years in real estate operations or LIHTC experience.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs (HOME, Section 8, NAHASDA, HOPWA).
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities including deal structuring and audits.
• Ability to lead diverse stakeholder groups through complex discussions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize issues through data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage requests.
• Meet with partners (GPs, Sponsors) to understand structure and development plans.
• Visit portfolios to assess risks and suggest improvements.
• Develop SMART plans to drive issues to resolution.
• Communicate portfolio insights to stakeholders clearly.
