Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks an experienced Senior Asset Manager, National Field Operations, to manage a portfolio of LIHTC projects. You will analyze performance data, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage with sponsors and investors to resolve issues and drive value.

Remote work is available with preference for Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones; travel to properties is required. Candidates should have 5+ years in real estate operations or LIHTC and relevant certifications;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate operations / LIHTC or related experience.
• Familiarity with HOME, Section 8, SRO, NAHASDA, HOPWA, VA and Continuum of Care.
• Strong financial and analytical skills including underwriting and deal structure.
• Ability to lead diverse stakeholders across GP/PM/legal and investors.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Enterprise properties.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and prioritize issues through analysis of performance data and root causes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and add value for sponsors and investors.
• Communicate portfolio status and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Conduct portfolio site visits to assess risks and provide informed recommendations.
