Job summary

Reveal Design Group in Chelsea, NYC, seeks a Senior Project Manager for our Procurement Department to bid, purchase, and deliver lighting equipment from proposal to completion. You will read drawings, take-offs, build proposals, manage submittals, ship schedules, and coordinate with contractors and manufacturers to ensure timely, accurate installations.

You’ll help shape how the department runs, setting team assignments and refining workflows, with a voice in bidding, tracking, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe InDesign, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings.
• Database familiarity (Oasis sales software is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Read architectural drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
• Build competitive proposals and manage submittals and ship schedules.
• Place orders, coordinate with contractors and manufacturers, track budgets.
• Visit job sites and ensure deliveries meet design intent.
• Help shape procurement systems, processes, and standards.
• Coordinate with design studios and construction teams from proposal through final fixture aiming.
