Job summary

Rejuvenation is seeking a Designer for Lighting to lead the design and development of decorative and architectural lighting across the home, including chandeliers, pendants, sconces, and outdoor lighting.

You will translate seasonal concepts and market insights into commercially successful products, own projects from concept through production, and collaborate with the Head Design Manager to build cohesive quarterly assortments that align with brand vision and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience in lighting or home furnishings.
• Experience taking products from concept through production on seasonal timelines.
• Strong understanding of lighting construction, materials, finishes, manufacturing methods, and electrical components.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal lighting collections aligned with quarterly concepts and long-term brand strategy.
• Lead design across lighting categories from concept to production.
• Create renderings, CAD models, technical drawings, and specification packages.
• Manage sample development and evaluate prototypes with engineers.
• Communicate with vendors to guide design intent and timelines.
• Lead weekly product development meetings and design presentations.
• Identify new materials and finishes to elevate the assortment.
• Collaborate with merchandising on pricing opportunities and gaps.
