Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years designing architectural lighting
- Lead projects and client relationships
- Mentor junior designers and run projects autonomously
- Degree in lighting design or architecture/interior design with strong portfolio
- Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, AGI32, Photoshop, InDesign
- LC or CLD certification required
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through construction administration
- Carry the creative voice in client and design team discussions
- Collaborate with BR+A engineering team to balance technical and design goals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
