Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise swim instructors, lifeguards, and cashiers at a pool.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR when needed.
• Instruct swimming and aquatic programs and conduct staff training.
• Complete paperwork and assist with registrations and cash handling.
