APPLY is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to drive lifecycle and retention marketing for top-tier clients. Lead cross-channel campaigns (email, web, push, social, SMS) and translate objectives into measurable growth programs. Report into Marketing Services and collaborate with client teams.

You’ll optimize programs, deliver strategic insights, and support sales, with a hybrid NYC-based setup and a strong focus on AI-enabled marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing strategy.
• Extensive knowledge of email, SMS, and push channels.
• Direct experience with BI/analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-channel lifecycle marketing programs and briefs.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor growth and outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships and foster advocacy.
• Support sales through multi-channel growth conversations and scoping.
