This role is remote in Canada or USA.
As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth across the entire customer journey - from converting leads into customers to accelerating onboarding, increasing adoption, and driving customer expansion. You will own the strategy and execution through data-driven lifecycle programs that improve product engagement, nurture prospects, and optimize conversion across both self-serve and sales-assisted funnels.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to create seamless, high-impact customer experiences that accelerate pipeline and revenue. You’ll work to ensure lifecycle marketing not only delivers exceptional pre-sale and early-stage customer engagement, but also directly influences retention and expansion. This position reports to the Director of Customer Growth Marketing.
