Boulder Care is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build from the ground up and own the full lifecycle of patient communications—from consideration to ongoing care and re-engagement. You will set strategy, build campaigns, and define KPIs in a highly regulated healthcare setting.

You will own activations, retention, and channel expansion, leveraging Braze and AI to optimize operations while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Formación

• 4+ years in lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on ownership of Braze or a comparable communications/CRM platform — this is a builder role, not just a strategy role.
• Experience building a lifecycle marketing function from the ground up—you'll be the dedicated owner here, and you'll define your own roadmap.
• A track record of setting and being accountable to activation or retention KPIs, and of explaining the "why" behind a result rather than only reporting it.
• Healthcare, regulated industry, or other compliance-sensitive experience is a strong plus given the payer-reporting and clinical context.
• Experience in product marketing or content marketing is a strong plus.
