Docker, Inc is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketer to own and scale lifecycle campaigns for Container and AI Platform products, including Sandboxes and AI Governance. You will partner across marketing, data, sales, and design to build end-to-end programs that activate, retain, and renew customers at scale.

The role emphasizes translating technical signals into credible messaging for developers and admins, with a remote-first setup and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lifecycle marketing specific background within PLG or self-serve motions.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end campaigns driving activation, retention, or renewal.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
• Comfort working with data teams to validate record-level data and targeting logic.
• Ability translate technical signals into credible developer/admin messaging.
• Comfort navigating developer ecosystems and complex software platforms.
• Senior-level ownership with minimal need for explicit step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own and build lifecycle campaigns across Container and AI Platform products.
• Design and run large-scale programmatic sends to tens of millions of users.
• Automate first-touch flows for PQLs and inbound leads with partners.
• Validate audiences and signals with data teams before each send.
• Own suppression lists and contact governance to stay compliant.
• Run pre-send QA, monitor launches, and troubleshoot data issues in real time.
• Turn usage signals into credible messaging for developers and admins.
• Create a build queue and sequenced roadmap from priorities.
• Coordinate design and agency partners to maintain quality.
• Own naming, tracking, and reporting for programs.
