Acorns is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Associate to drive lifecycle strategy and execution for engagement and upgrades across Acorns and Acorns Early. You will partner with the Sr.

Lifecycle Marketing Manager to translate business goals into data-informed campaigns and customer experiences. You will own the execution, testing, and optimization of programs across email, push, in-app, and SMS, while collaborating with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing experience.
• Hands-on campaign execution in Braze or similar software.
• Experience launching multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS).

Responsabilidades

• Support lifecycle strategy and roadmap for customer acquisition and reacquisition.
• Build and execute data-informed campaigns across channels.
• Own campaign setup from audience segmentation to launch.
• Collaborate with Creative, Data Analytics & Science, and Product teams.
