Job summary

Acorns is seeking a Growth Marketing Sr. Associate to expand our paid acquisition across new channels. You’ll own tests from setup to scaling, partner with Analytics and Creative teams, and work with a remote-first culture that offers optional Irvine-office access.

You have 3+ years in growth/paid marketing, hands-on experience with major platforms, and a data-driven mindset ready to drive performance for Acorns and Acorns Early.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with at least one paid media platform (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, The Trade Desk).
• Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and MMM is a plus.
• A data-driven mindset and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Channel Testing & Execution: develop a structured testing roadmap for new/ emerging paid media channels; manage day-to-day campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube; run tests on new channels; optimize based on data.
• Measurement & Reporting: identify lift study opportunities; design test structures with Analytics; track KPIs and share clear summaries with stakeholders; maintain test records.
• Cross-Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration: support growth across Acorns and Acorns Early; work with Analytics, Creative, and marketing teammates; monitor AdTech landscape for new opportunities.
