Qualifications

• Citizenship: US
• Clearance: TS-SCI, Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (within last 5 years or within 90 days of hire)
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering-related field
• Extensive experience in IT program/project management and NGA/DoD budgeting and financial processes (12+ years)

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to assist the government in planning, managing, and executing programs and projects
• Evaluate performance, execution risks, and make comprehensive recommendations to the Government
• Support NGA/PM programs in all program finance related issues, including briefings for management
• Generate independent program office cost estimates and program level cost models
• Monitor NGA/PM financial execution data and advise on improvement opportunities
• Lead NGA/PM Financial Review Boards and Budget Management Review Boards
