Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst - Lead to support the Foundation GEOINT Operations Office at the NGA in Arnold, MO.

The role involves developing SOWs, PWS, MRs, J&As; assisting IGCEs; leading program meetings; and coordinating with ISPs, engineering, and finance to ensure timely, well-supported procurement actions. On-site position contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of DoD or IC acquisitions.
• Experience developing acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWS, J&As) and supporting IGCEs.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop acquisition documents (SOWs, PWS, Market Research, J&As).
• Assist IGCE preparation from historical cost data.
• Participate in program meetings and document impacts.
• Coordinate with ISPs, engineering, and finance to ensure funded requirements.
