Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst - Subject Matter Expert to support the Mapping, Charting, and Geodesy Program Executive Office at NGA in Fort Belvoir, VA. This full-time, on-site role provides senior-level acquisition planning, program management, and financial coordination across a complex portfolio of programs.

The candidate interfaces with agency executives, develops cost estimates and POM planning, and prepares program documents to ensure alignment with NGA/PM

Qualifikationen

• Citizenship: US
• Clearance: TS-SCI with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (within last 5 years or within 90 days of hire)
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering-related field
• 18+ years of NGA/DoD/IC acquisition experience and experience creating RFP documentation such as SOW, SOO, PWS, IGCEs and performing technical evaluations of proposals
• 18+ years experience in IT program/project management and in applying systems engineering processes

Aufgaben

• Provide advice to assist the government in planning, managing, and executing programs and projects
• Evaluate performance, execution risks, and make recommendations to the Government
• Support the government in lifecycle management from concept to deactivation
• Create program documents and review requirements for accuracy and compliance
• Facilitate meetings and perform secretariat duties
• Support program management, budget execution reviews and provide feedback to the Government
• Assist NGA/PM in budgeting, POM inputs, and spend plans
• Generate independent program office cost estimates and cost models
• Assist with drafting and presenting PEO and project presentations
