Apogee is seeking a Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst - Senior to support the Mapping, Charting, and Geodesy Program Executive Office at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency in St. Louis, Missouri.

This on-site role focuses on developing essential acquisition documents and coordinating with technical teams across the lifecycle from concept to deactivation. The candidate will lead program documents, participate in meetings, and ensure procurement actions are timely and well-supported,

Qualifications

• Citizenship required: US
• Clearance: TS-SCI with polygraph in last 5 years or within 90 days of hire
• Extensive experience with NGA/DoD/IC acquisition processes, SOW/SOO/IGCE creation
• Experience in IT program/project management and budgeting tools

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to assist the Government in planning, managing, and executing programs and projects.
• Support lifecycle management from concept to deactivation and disposal.
• Create program documents, plans, and related artifacts; review for accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and perform secretariat duties.
• Support financial management, budgeting, and POM planning including spend plans and variance analysis.
