Apogee is seeking a Lifecycle Acquisition Financial Analyst - Subject Matter Expert to support the Mapping, Charting, and Geodesy Program Executive Office at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency in St. Louis, MO.

The role focuses on long-range financial planning, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring procurement aligns with strategic objectives. This on-site position requires US citizenship and TS-SCI with polygraph eligibility.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• TS-SCI with CI polygraph within 5 years or 90 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, CS, or engineering-related field
• Extensive IT program/project management experience (12+ years)
• 18+ years budgeting for NGA/DoD IC and obtaining POM submissions
• 18+ years with IC/DoD budgeting and FMR/Color of Money knowledge
• Experience with acquisition docs: SOW, SOO, PWS, IGCEs
• Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Advise government in planning, managing, and executing programs
• Evaluate performance and risks, provide recommendations
• Support lifecycle management from concept to disposal
• Prepare program documents, plans, and reviews for accuracy and compliance
• Facilitate meetings and perform secretariat duties
• Support budget execution reviews and provide feedback to Government
• Coordinate with NGA/PM on financial planning and spend plans
• Develop and review cost estimates and program level cost models
• Assist with acquisition funding documents and PEO roadmaps
• Maintain NGA/PM records and MS Excel artifacts
• Lead Financial Review Boards and Budget Management Review Boards
• Represent NGA/PM at external financial forums
