Aegon is seeking a Senior Enhanced Life Underwriting Analyst to drive life underwriting system implementations and transformation initiatives in a remote-capable, national role. You will collaborate across business and IT teams, develop requirements, and support the project lifecycle from design to post-launch support.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in business systems analysis, and a track record managing complex projects within insurance environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• 2–4 years of industry experience preferred.
• Two years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment.

Responsabilités

• Support life underwriting transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with project team to gather requirements and align with IT.
• Prepare as‑is and current state documentation (flows).
• Create business process models using BPM techniques.
• Lead development of new or revised processes.
• Facilitate elicitation and documentation of requirements.
• Analyze requests and identify solutions with IT/Operations.
• Prepare various formats of business and system requirements.
• Contribute on teams developing or modifying complex information systems.
• Quantify business opportunities and provide formal recommendations.
• Support SDLC methodologies to meet deliverables.
• Provide test scenarios and approve test plans.
• Coordinate readiness activities and training.
