Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant for its European Business Consulting Group, offering remote opportunities across Europe. You will manage complex consulting projects, lead teams, plan, organize, and track delivery, and develop close client relationships to deliver sustainable value at the forefront of digital and commercial innovation.

The role requires 4+ years in strategy/management consulting, Life Sciences experience, and strong business development and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting experience in a strategic/management setting.
• Experience in Life Sciences, especially Commercial and Medical areas.
• Strong understanding of commercial/marketing tech and preferably Veeva platforms.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects as operational head of delivery.
• Design, build, and deliver project work that meets goals.
• Develop client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Mentor junior staff and drive business development opportunities.
