Job summary

GBA, a professional architectural and engineering firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline building design projects in the Life Sciences group. You will manage key clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met, with occasional remote work as projects require.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture, 10+ years of experience, PMP preferred, and willingness to travel to Lenexa, KS or Broomfield,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, construction management or a related field.
10+ years managing multi-discipline building design projects.
PMP certification is optional but preferred.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Experience with pharma/biotech, cGMP is preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Manage key clients and support business development.
Develop staff through project management training.
Plan milestones, deadlines, and monitor performance.
Lead cross-discipline project meetings and delegate tasks.
Ensure project scope, schedule, and cost alignment.
Provide remote work as needed.
