Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or related field) with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Architect or PE licensure preferred.
• Experience with GMP-compliant cleanroom design and regulatory coordination.

Responsibilities

• Generate conceptual and schematic designs for process-intensive life science facilities.
• Lead coordination with engineering, construction, and regulatory disciplines.
• Prepare design reports, narratives, and client presentations communicating rationale and compliance.
• Participate in client meetings to present concepts and document feedback.
• Manage project administration: schedule coordination, scope tracking, deliverable reviews.
• Review junior staff work and provide technical feedback for quality and consistency.
• Develop facility programming and space-planning based on operations and regulatory needs.
• Stay engaged with professional organizations and continuing education.
