DGA is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years in commercial architecture to lead multiple projects from concept through construction administration. The role focuses on life science, biotech, and high-tech facilities, directing cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and keeping projects on budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include client liaison, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation, with a pay range reflecting seniority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical expertise in commercial architecture with leadership on multiple projects.
• Licensed or registered architect status is preferred.
• Strong client relation management and budgeting experience.
• Experience with life science, healthcare, or high-tech labs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full responsibility for multiple small to midsize projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate administrative and technical efforts for efficient execution.
• Serve as primary client liaison for schedule, budgets, and scope.
• Lead client projects through project teams and consultants.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project setup with partners.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts and fees.
• Track financial performance including fees, billings and collections.
• Provide leadership and communicate objectives, scope, and schedule.
