Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex life-science projects from inception to turnover. You will oversee construction in highly regulated environments, coordinating with vendors and clients to deliver on time, on budget, and on scope.

You will mentor junior staff, manage stakeholder meetings, and ensure safety and compliance across projects at the JLL platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Advanced English required.
OSHA Construction certification (10h/30h).
7+ years in project or construction management, preferably Life Sciences or regulated settings.
Experience leading multiple projects and negotiating scope, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

Manage all project phases from initiation to closeout for multiple concurrent projects.
Facilitate on-site leadership and stakeholder meetings.
Prepare documentation: charters, budgets, schedules, minutes, status reports, punch lists.
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, security and safety teams.
Develop monthly forecasts, cash flow analyses, and risk management plans.
Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices.
