Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Horsham, PA to support day-to-day project management, working with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and client representatives, develop execution plans, track performance against schedules, and ensure cost-effective delivery. 3–5 years in pharma or lab settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects.
• Able to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address areas of concern about risk, budget, and scope.
• Develop the project execution plan.
• Coordinate with procurement to contract engineering and construction services from third parties.
• Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs.
