Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Life Sciences to oversee multiple capital projects in a regulated environment. You will plan, govern, and deliver projects within client frameworks, coordinating with cross-functional teams including SHE, IT, and facilities to meet stage-gate milestones.

You will drive program governance, manage cost and schedule, and ensure quality while leading a team of deliverables-focused professionals across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of project management experience; life sciences sector preferred.
• Experience with cGMP or regulated environments highly desired.
• PM certifications (PMP/ CCM / PMI-RMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site project delivery teams and governance bodies.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across phases.
• Interface with SC/UTL, provide regular reports and decisions.
• Coordinate with Facilities, SHE, IT, and vendors to meet milestones.
