Job summary

GBA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Life Sciences to lead multidisciplinary facility and manufacturing design projects in Lenexa, KS or Broomfield, CO, with travel. You will guide teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while strengthening client relationships.

Requirements include 10+ years in biotech/pharma environments and a strong track record of delivering complex life sciences projects. PMP is preferred but not required; relocation and travel are involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary facility and manufacturing design projects and project teams.
• Experience leading projects with engineering, design, regulatory requirements, construction, or a combination of these areas.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to develop relationships that create value for both GBA and our clients while supporting innovation and industry development.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary facility and manufacturing design projects and project teams, ensuring commitments to clients are understood and delivered.
• Provide leadership and direct project controls for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and overall project performance.
• Serve as a key client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and successful project delivery.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term project plans, establish milestones, and keep teams aligned with critical deadlines and client expectations.
• Lead project meetings involving multiple disciplines, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative solutions throughout design and construction.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
