GBA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Life Sciences, open to Lenexa, KS or Broomfield, CO with travel. You will lead multidisciplinary facility and manufacturing design projects, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver complex Life Sciences programs from concept through completion.

The role emphasizes client relationship building, mentorship of teams, and developing standardized project management processes across GBA’s Life Sciences practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary facility and manufacturing design projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk.
• Strong client relationship skills and regulatory understanding.
