EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing transformations, blending plant-floor expertise with data, AI, and disciplined program delivery.

You will guide end-to-end programs, shape governance, and coordinate across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, OT/IT, and cloud platforms, with travel estimated at 80–100% depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related field.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation or technology-enabled improvement initiatives in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering client-facing programs through design, implementation, deployment, and stabilization with governance and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations across assessment, mobilization, design, deployment, stabilization, and value realization.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT/OT; establish governance and drive decisions.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, MES/MOM, automation, data engineering, AI, architecture, and quality workflows.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases and assess data readiness and risks before scaling.
• Ensure GxP controls, data integrity, and validated processes in delivery plans.
