EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for pharma, biotech, and medical-device clients. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, balancing process redesign with technology delivery in regulated environments.

You will guide teams across manufacturing design, MES/MOM, automation, data, and AI, ensuring governance, quality, and risk management while driving measurable value for clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, or a related field.
• No less than 10+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation or technology-enabled initiatives in regulated environments.
• Proven client-facing delivery with governance, resources, quality, and risk management.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT/OT.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data engineering, AI, and integration.
• Lead design for batch/discrete execution, eDHRs, recipes, genealogies, and quality workflows.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, and cloud/edge platforms.
• Establish data foundations with governance, lineage, and secure connectivity.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases, assess data readiness and risks.
• Collaborate with validation teams to ensure GxP controls and data integrity.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and delivery handover.
• Connect digital solutions to daily management and sustained process improvement.
• Develop leaders, share reusable methods, and pursue follow-on opportunities.
