EY is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manufacturing professional to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations across pharmaceutical and medical-device clients.

You will work with operators, quality teams, IT, and data experts to connect production, quality, and supply chain needs with deployable technology. The role emphasizes design and testing across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or a related field.
• Experience with manufacturing or quality processes in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Experience producing technical or functional delivery artifacts (requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, test scripts).
• Experience collaborating with both operational stakeholders and delivery teams to resolve issues or implement solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed; travel may be 80–100%.

Aufgaben

• Assess workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and current-state pain points through site observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital manufacturing.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eQMS, recipe management, and related capabilities.
• Trace information across MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS/SCADA and identify data gaps and integration dependencies.
• Develop and review equipment and batch hierarchies, source-to-target mappings, and data-quality rules.
• Configure or prototype components and document design decisions for client leads.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts and maintain traceability to requirements.
