Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience with regulated environments in pharma, biotech, devices, or similar industries.
• Experience producing technical or functional delivery artifacts (requirements, maps, data mappings, interfaces).
• Ability to work with both operational stakeholders and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel as required (80-100%).

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, system interfaces, data, and pain points through observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and interfaces.
• Support design/implementation of MES, eDHRs, recipe management, genealogy, and plant reporting.
• Trace data across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT systems; identify gaps.
• Develop equipment and batch hierarchies, data quality rules, and contextual datasets.
• Collaborate on interface specifications, APIs, connectivity, and data movement across environments.
• Configure or prototype solution components and document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration tests; manage defects and traceability.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear technical docs.
• Coordinate with client quality/validation on GxP, data integrity, and records.
• Contribute to analytics and AI use cases by assessing data quality and context.
• Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to clients and leaders; guide juniors.
