Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations across pharma, biotech, and medical-device clients. You will connect production, quality, laboratory, and IT teams, owning technical deliverables and driving end-to-end deployment.

You will work with operators, engineers, quality teams, data teams, and vendors to translate shop-floor workflows into testable requirements, interfaces, and analytics use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related field.
• Experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical-device environments.
• Experience producing technical or functional delivery artifacts (requirements, data mappings, test scripts).
• Experience collaborating with operational and technical teams to implement solutions.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, data interfaces, and pain points through site observations and data review.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and interfaces for digital solutions.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, electronic batch records, eDHRs, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace data across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA and ensure data quality and integration.
• Define data hierarchies, source-to-target mappings, and contextual datasets with cross-functional teams.
• Configure prototype components and document design decisions for client review.
• Prepare functional and integration test scripts and maintain traceability to requirements.
