Job summary

EY seeks a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations across pharma, biotech, and medical-device clients. You will connect production, quality, lab, engineering, and supply chain needs with deployable technology and own assigned deliverables throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with operators, engineers, IT/OT teams, data experts, and technology providers to translate shop-floor workflows into concrete design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 3 years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device environments.
• Experience producing technical or functional delivery artifacts (requirements, process maps, data mappings, interface specs, configuration documents, test scripts).
• Experience collaborating with operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Ability to travel as needed (80-100%).

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing and quality workflows, interfaces, data points, and pain points.
• Document processes, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and asset-management platforms.
• Develop equipment and batch hierarchies, source-to-target mappings, and data-quality rules.
• Work with solution architects on interface specs and data movement across plant, edge, and enterprise.
• Configure or prototype solution components and document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, log defects, and ensure traceability between requirements and tests.
• Support deployment readiness, training, handover, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with client quality and validation teams on GxP, data integrity, EHR, change control, and CSV.
• Contribute to analytics and AI use cases by assessing data quality and manufacturing context.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps to client and leadership.
